Projects are end-to-end builds: design + implementation + integrations, delivered in clear milestones.
For complex work with multiple moving parts—where you want a defined scope, timeline, and price (not drip-fed hours).
Best for:
Ecommerce builds (payments, products, checkout, fulfillment integrations)
Systems workflows + integrations (automation + routing + handoff)
Deadline-driven projects that need priority scheduling

Timing: Rush starts at 3 business days • Most projects: 2–8+ weeks depending on scope

How projects work
The Process
You submit a brief
I review and clarify details
You receive a quote with scope, timeline, and payment terms
Once booked, work is delivered in milestones
Small note: Some steps (identity verification, banking/payment setup) must be completed by you. I’ll flag these upfront.
Booking & Priority
Rush available for select projects (minimum 3 business days)
Rush timing begins once assets, access, and required setup are complete
Rush includes an expedite premium
£$500–$1,000 projects: 50% deposit to book
$1,000+ projects: 25% deposit, balance split across milestones
Deposits reserve project capacity. If work hasn’t started and it’s not a fit, I’ll refund the deposit.
Scope & Costs
Quotes are based on the brief submitted.
If scope changes, we’ll adjust timeline and pricing accordingly.
Some builds require paid tools or upgrades. Any additional platform costs will be flagged before implementation.
Feedback: Feedback must be consolidated into one set of notes per review round.
Working Style
I work toward outcomes, not just instructions.
Projects run best when we agree on the goal and milestone.
Decision rights
You decide: goals, must-have requirements, final approvals
I decide: implementation details, tooling choices, build standards
I’ll flag complexity early and propose the next best milestone before continuing.
We decide together: scope changes, timelines, and tradeoffs
Support Offers let you move one focused project forward in structured steps at a pace that fits your budget.

Project Brief
Tell me what you’re building and what “done” looks like.
Clear briefs lead to faster, more accurate quotes. If details are missing, I may need follow-up questions before pricing.
Include:
What you’re trying to achieve
What currently exists
Relevant links or examples
Your target date (if applicable)
If you’re unsure about scope, describe the outcome you want. I’ll help structure the rest.
I work best with focused, clearly defined goals.
Milestones, approvals, and revisions
Projects are delivered in milestones. Each milestone includes up to 2 revision rounds based on the agreed direction. Feedback must be consolidated by a designated decision-maker. Additional revision cycles or new directions may extend timeline and cost.
