System + Automation Support Services

Systems

For the scattered plans, tasks, files, decisions, and recurring work that need a clear place to live.

Systems support is for authors and creative business owners who want to organize how their work is planned, tracked, managed, and repeated, so the business is not carried entirely in their head.

This is not just “make me a dashboard.” A good system starts with understanding how the work actually moves, what needs to be tracked, and what structure will make the next step easier to find, use, and repeat.

Automation

For the repeated tasks, manual steps, and moving pieces that should not depend on your memory every time.

Automation support is for authors and creative business owners who want to save time by improving the way their tools, forms, emails, bookings, purchases, or workflows connect.

This is not just “build me a thing.” A good automation starts with understanding what happens now, what should happen instead, and which tools can support the process without making the system harder to maintain.

  • You keep repeating the same manual steps every time someone signs up, buys, books, asks, or submits something

  • Your process depends on copy/paste, memory, reminders, or manually moving information between tools

  • You want emails, tags, forms, folders, bookings, or task lists to update more consistently

  • You need a clearer workflow before you automate anything

  • You want a system built inside tools you already use, where possible

  • You know the repeated task is costing time, but you are not sure how to make the process smoother

This is useful when…

Systems support may include:

  • Notion dashboards, trackers, databases, and project hubs

  • Launch plans, campaign trackers, and reusable project timelines

  • Content calendars for newsletters, blogs, books, launches, or promotions

  • Workflow maps that show what happens, when, and who needs to do it

  • Asset libraries for files, links, images, copy, references, or campaign materials

  • Task lists, checklists, and repeatable templates for recurring work

  • Reader, client, subscriber, or lead tracking systems

  • Simple reporting systems for sales, costs, campaigns, or content performance

  • Handoff documents, process notes, and internal instructions

  • Tool recommendations when your current setup is too scattered, limited, or hard to maintain

Automated support may include:

  • Lead intake forms with follow-up emails and sorting

  • Booking flows, reminders, and client handoff steps

  • Evergreen newsletter or course email sequences

  • Sales content flows based on reader, subscriber, or customer interest

  • Launch workflows, reusable checklists, and task sequences

  • Form-to-folder, form-to-task, or form-to-email workflows

  • Purchase-triggered next steps, within platform limits

  • Tool recommendations when your current setup cannot do the job reliably

Best Fit

This is the “please make this easier to run and repeat” service.

Systems + Automation Support works best when you have a recurring process, scattered setup, manual workflow, or repeated business task that needs more structure, less friction, or fewer hand-done steps.

Not A Good Fit

This is not the “make my whole business run itself” service.

If the process is unclear, the tools are unstable, the goal is still changing, or the work needs a larger business decision before anything can be structured or automated, Strategy or a Project Inquiry may be a better fit.

What I Actually Do

Map

I look at how the work currently moves, where information lives, and which steps depend on memory, repetition, or manual follow-up.

Structure

I design a clearer system for planning, tracking, hand-off, scheduling, or recurring work.

Automate

I set up the forms, emails, tags, reminders, routing, or tool connections that can safely reduce manual steps.

When Systems + Automation support hours open, I’ll send booking details to the relevant notice group first.

4

If the available slot fits your timing and budget, you can book prepaid hours and submit one clear workflow or automation focus.

What to Have Ready

Systems + Automation Support works best when there is a repeated process to review, improve, or build from. Before booking, it helps to have:

  • The tool names and links involved, such as your website, email platform, form tool, shop, scheduler, or Notion workspace

  • A short description of what happens now

  • A clear idea of what you want to happen instead

  • Any emails, forms, tags, lists, products, pages, files, or examples involved

  • Access to the tools I’ll be working in, or the ability to add me as a collaborator

  • Any deadlines, launch dates, platform limits, or paid feature concerns

  • One main workflow or automation focus for the booked time

You do not need to have the full system figured out before booking. The goal is to give me enough context to understand the repeated steps, recommend the cleanest path, and build what the booked time allows.

Systems + Automation Support works best when the goal is to improve or build one clear workflow at a time.

Some automation work begins with planning. Before anything is built, I may need to map the current process, clarify what should happen next, and confirm whether your tools can support the workflow reliably.

An initial setup conversation is included in Systems + Automation Support. Additional meetings, extended discussion, or major changes after the workflow has been agreed require additional booked time, with a minimum of one extra hour.

I do not create or link financial accounts on your behalf, handle banking or identity verification steps, build custom back-end software, or work with credentials that cannot be shared securely.

Pricing & Booking

Systems + Automation Support is booked by prepaid hours when work slots are available.

You’ll choose the number of hours you want to book for one clear workflow or automation milestone. If the work needs more time than booked, I’ll complete as much focused progress as the time allows and send a summary of what was mapped, built, changed, tested, or recommended next.

Progress still counts, even when the whole system is not finished in one block. Many workflows start saving time as soon as one repeated step is removed, one email sequence is cleaned up, one form routes properly, or the next step becomes easier to manage.

Booking links are released through the Open for Work Notice List when Systems + Automation support hours open.

FAQs

Can I book one hour?

Yes. One hour can be useful for mapping a simple workflow, reviewing tool limits, making a small automation improvement, or completing one contained setup step. Larger workflows usually need more time.

What happens if the automation takes longer than booked?

I’ll complete as much focused progress as the booked time allows and send a summary of what was mapped, built, changed, tested, or recommended next.

Do meetings count as booked time?

The initial setup conversation is included with Automation Support. Additional meetings, extended discussion, or major changes after the workflow is agreed require additional booked time, with a minimum of one extra hour.

Can I use Systems + Automation Support for more than one workflow?

Only if the workflows are closely related and fit within one clear focus. If you have several unrelated systems, they may need to be split into separate bookings.

Will you use the tools I already have?

Yes, where possible. I’ll default to the tools you already use if they can do the job reliably. If they cannot, I’ll recommend the simplest suitable option and explain any likely extra costs before moving forward.

Can you guarantee the automation will save me time?

I can build or improve the agreed workflow, but the final time savings depend on the process, the tools, and how consistently the system is used after handoff.

Do you offer rush work?

Rush work is handled through Project Inquiry only. Urgent work needs a defined scope, timeline, and quote before it can be scheduled.
