Queue varies: Start dates vary. Most support requests begin within 2–4 weeks, but busy periods can book 8–12 weeks ahead. Open work slots are shared with the notification list first.

Not usually. Prepaid hours are used to move the next project milestone forward. You choose how many hours to invest, and I use that time to complete as much focused progress as the booked time allows.Do you offer rush?
Rush is available by project inquiry only, with a minimum lead time of 3 business days. Assets and access must be ready when the project is accepted. Rush timing begins once everything required is received.
