Admin Support is prepaid help for authors who want clear, project-based digital tasks handled well without losing writing time. If it’s the kind of job that should “only take 5 minutes” but keeps slipping down the list, this service is for you.

Book 1+ hours, then send your admin priority, links, and any access details I need. You decide what matters most, and I’ll work through as much as possible within the time booked.

Examples of admin support are listed below and may include projects like fix broken links, content uploads, formatting clean-up, image optimization, scheduling, and basic SEO hygiene.

Work is completed in the order it’s booked. If you have a target date, add it to your notes. If it needs a faster turnaround, I’ll direct you to a Project Request.

Not included: full redesigns, new site builds, custom backend development (PHP/SQL/APIs), or open-ended consulting. If your request is bigger than admin support, I’ll point you to the right service tier.

Availability & scheduling

  • I offer a limited number of paid hours each month. When you purchase, you’re reserving time in my work queue.

  • Queue varies: most requests are started within 2–4 weeks, but during busy periods it can be up to 12 weeks.

  • If you have a target date, add it to your notes at checkout. I’ll confirm what’s realistic once I review your request.

  • If this month’s hours are sold out, you can join the Priority Openings List to get first access when new hours are released.

  • After purchase, I’ll email you within 1 business day to confirm your place in the queue and confirm I have what I need to start.
