Admin Support Hour

For the tedious, necessary tasks you don’t need to do yourself.

Admin support is for authors and creative business owners who have clear tasks, finished materials, or routine updates that need to be handled so they can spend their time on the work only they can do.

Booked admin hours are used for one clear task or milestone. I’ll complete as much focused progress as the booked time allows and send a summary of what was done.

Admin support is best for clear, ready-to-handoff tasks such as website updates, metadata updates, uploads, formatting clean-up, link checks, basic newsletter updates, simple listing updates, and small project cleanup.

Admin is mostly data-entry-style support: placing, updating, organizing, checking, or formatting prepared material.

If the work changes how something looks, functions, connects, or behaves, Design + Build is usually the better fit. That includes layout changes, troubleshooting, styling decisions, platform setup, code adjustments, tool connections, or graphic edits beyond basic resizing.

Availability & scheduling

  • I offer a limited number of paid hours each month. When you purchase, you’re reserving time in my work queue.

  • Queue varies: most requests are started within 2–4 weeks, but during busy periods it can be up to 12 weeks.

  • If you have a target date, add it to your notes at checkout. I’ll confirm what’s realistic once I review your request.

  • If this month’s hours are sold out, you can join the Priority Openings List to get first access when new hours are released.

  • After purchase, I’ll email you within 1 business day to confirm your place in the queue and confirm I have what I need to start.
