System + Automation Support Services
Best Fit
This is the “please make this easier to run and repeat” service.
Systems + Automation Support works best when you have a recurring process, scattered setup, manual workflow, or repeated business task that needs more structure, less friction, or fewer hand-done steps.
Not A Good Fit
This is not the “make my whole business run itself” service.
If the process is unclear, the tools are unstable, the goal is still changing, or the work needs a larger business decision before anything can be structured or automated, Strategy or a Project Inquiry may be a better fit.
Systems + Automation Support is for authors and creative business owners who want to make recurring work easier to run, repeat, or hand off.
This service is best when your process relies on memory, copy/paste, repeated emails, scattered notes, manual follow-up, or moving information between tools by hand.
Booked Systems + Automation hours are used for one clear workflow, system, or automation milestone. The work may include planning, mapping, setup, implementation, testing, documentation, or recommendations depending on what the workflow needs.
An initial setup conversation is included so we can clarify how the process works now, what should happen instead, and which tools can support the workflow reliably.
If the work needs more time than booked, I’ll complete as much focused progress as the booked time allows and send a summary of what was mapped, built, changed, tested, or recommended next.

Systems
For organizing how recurring work is planned, tracked, managed, handed off, or repeated.
Systems support helps create the structure behind the work: dashboards, trackers, workflows, task lists, content calendars, launch plans, process notes, and places where important information can reliably live.
Automation
For reducing the repeated manual steps that should not depend on memory, copy/paste, or constant follow-up.
Automation support helps connect the moving pieces: forms, emails, tags, reminders, booking steps, purchase-triggered actions, routing, and tool-to-tool workflows where your platforms can support them.
Most bookings include some of both: first we clarify the system, then we decide what can be automated safely, simply, and usefully.
How It Works
1
Book the number of Systems + Automation support hours that fit your timing, budget, and one clear workflow, system, or automation milestone.
2
At checkout, you’ll complete a short booking form with the key information I need: your main focus, the tools involved, what happens now, what you want to happen instead, relevant links, access notes, deadlines, and any platform concerns.
3
I’ll email you within 1 business day to confirm your place in the queue and schedule the included setup conversation.
4
During the setup conversation, we’ll clarify the workflow, confirm the goal, identify tool limits, and decide whether the booked time is best used for planning, implementation, or a mix of both.
5
I’ll use the booked time to complete as much focused progress as the time allows.
6
After the work is complete, I’ll send a summary of what was mapped, built, changed, tested, documented, or recommended next.
Availability + Scheduling
Systems + Automation support is booked into a work queue.
Most requests are started within 2–4 weeks, but during busy periods the queue may be up to 12 weeks.
If you have a target date, add it to your notes at checkout. I’ll confirm what is realistic once I review your request.
Once the available Systems + Automation hours are fully booked, this service will close until the next availability notice.
Systems + Automation Support is for improving or building one clear workflow, system, or recurring process at a time. Some work begins with mapping. Before anything is built or automated, I may need to clarify how the process works now, what should happen instead, where the information should live, and which tools can support the workflow reliably.
An initial setup conversation is included with Systems + Automation Support. Additional meetings, extended discussion, or major changes after the workflow has been agreed require additional booked time, with a minimum of one extra hour.
I’ll default to the tools you already use where possible. If your current tools cannot support the workflow reliably, I’ll recommend the simplest suitable option and explain any likely extra costs before moving forward.
I do not create or link financial accounts on your behalf, handle banking or identity verification steps, build custom back-end software, or work with credentials that cannot be shared securely.

Pricing & Booking
Systems + Automation Support is booked by prepaid hours when work slots are available.
You’ll choose the number of hours you want to book for one clear workflow, system, or automation milestone. The booked time may be used for workflow mapping, system structure, automation setup, tool configuration, testing, documentation, or recommendations depending on what the work requires.
If the work needs more time than booked, I’ll complete as much focused progress as the time allows and send a summary of what was mapped, built, changed, tested, documented, or recommended next.
Progress still counts, even when the whole system is not finished in one block. Many workflows start saving time as soon as one repeated step is removed, one email sequence is cleaned up, one form routes properly, one tracker becomes usable, or the next step becomes easier to manage.
Available blocks reflect the time currently open for this booking period. Once the available hours are booked, Systems + Automation Support will close until the next notice.
FAQs
What happens after I book?
After booking, I’ll email you within 1 business day to confirm your place in the queue and schedule the included setup conversation.
If anything important is missing from your checkout form, I may ask for links, tool names, access notes, files, examples, or clarification before the meeting.
What should I include at checkout?
Include one clear workflow, system, or automation focus.
It helps to include the tools involved, what happens now, what you want to happen instead, relevant links, access notes, deadlines, platform concerns, and any examples of the process you are trying to improve.
Can I book one hour?
Yes. One hour can be useful for mapping a simple workflow, reviewing tool limits, making a small automation improvement, or completing one contained setup step.
Larger systems and automations usually need more time.
Is the setup meeting included?
Yes. Systems + Automation Support includes an initial setup conversation so we can clarify the workflow before I begin.
Additional meetings, extended discussion, or major changes after the workflow has been agreed require additional booked time, with a minimum of one extra hour.
When will the work start?
Most Systems + Automation requests are started within 2–4 weeks, but during busy periods the queue may be up to 12 weeks.
If you have a target date, include it in your notes at checkout. I’ll confirm what is realistic once I review your request.
What happens if the system or automation takes longer than booked?
I’ll complete as much focused progress as the booked time allows.
Afterward, I’ll send a summary of what was mapped, built, changed, tested, documented, or recommended next. You can book more time later if you want to continue.
Can I use one booking for more than one workflow?
Only if the workflows are closely related and fit within one clear focus.
If you have several unrelated systems, tools, or processes, they may need to be split into separate bookings so the work stays clear and manageable.
Will you use the tools I already have?
Yes, where possible.
I’ll default to the tools you already use if they can do the job reliably. If they cannot, I’ll recommend the simplest suitable option and explain any likely extra costs before moving forward.
What if my current tools cannot do what I want?
I’ll explain the limitation and recommend the simplest suitable option I can find.
You always choose whether to upgrade, switch tools, simplify the workflow, or adjust the goal. I will not add paid tools or surprise costs without your approval.
Do I need to give you account access?
Only if implementation requires it.
You may need to add me as a collaborator, temporary user, or admin inside the relevant website, newsletter platform, form tool, scheduler, shop, Notion workspace, or other platform. Please do not send passwords through unsecured messages.
Will you create accounts or handle payment settings for me?
No. I do not create or link financial accounts, handle banking information, complete identity verification, or manage payment processor setup on your behalf.
I can work inside the relevant platform once your account is already created and the necessary access is provided.
Can you guarantee the automation will save me time?
I can map, build, improve, test, or document the agreed workflow, but the final time savings depend on the process, the tools, platform limits, and how consistently the system is used after handover.
